Creative Coordinator-3rdFloor Digital

  • Managing 3 creative teams across Nigeria Ghana and Kenya

  • Created and supervised the development of creative assets for Clients spanning from Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.

  • aligned creative functions and developed "pod" system for producing multi-disciplinary creative work that supported strategic plans.

  • Co-developed Creative strategy that aided in the sale of 11 million Naira worth of Home appliance in under 3 hours on a owned platform Black Friday sale.

  • Hired Key Creative Talents for the required roles and project-based designations.

  • Launched a Nationwide campaign In Kenya while working i Nigeria as the lead creative for digital. (Imperial leather Kenya)

  • Built a culture system that allowed the team key into the 3rdfloor brand values.

  • Improved the User experience and UI of Thermocool, Coolworld and Cussons baby website.

Sept 2018 - Till date

Creative services -Digitxplus (mediaReach)

  • Developed visual content ranging from Images, Gifs to Video and audio for multiple clients ranging from FMCG to Thermo- electrical companies, Movies Houses and Hair Products.

  • Developing creative strategies and pitch decks for potential and existing clients.

  • Represent Digitxplus in various creative and strategic functions.

  • Create digital content for various clients across multiple online platforms 

  • Present ideas and creative direction to the client

  • Work with account managers to develop cost for various projects

  • Research on cutting edge tools, principles and process for creative development

  • Help to develop Team bonding exercises for the team

Creative Lead / Initiator - FlipLEAVES

  • Organised 4 teams bi-yearly of illustrators, writers and Designers to create Children's books in 6 hours 

  • Supervise the teams during the book creation process

  • Constantly seeking ways to expand the community 

  • Evaluate Potential team members to ensure their skills and personality are the best fit.

  • Carry out post-production work to ensure all stories and books are well edited and laid out.

  • Create Visual content for various touch point of the brand. 

August 2017 - Till Date

Creative lead (Volunteer)-Digiclan Africa

  • Create and supervise the creation of content across all state and country chapters 

  • Developed a brand identity system and language.

  • Ensuring compliance with the brand identity system across multiple touch points of DigitClan in over 8 states and 3 countries.
